Today is the first day of my weekly Q&A that I will be doing every Wednesday answering your questions! I want to thank all of you who took the time to write down questions in the comments of my recent blog posts. I loved reading all of them and wish I had time to answer every single one! But I picked a few to answer today and like I said, I'll be doing this every Wednesday as part of my Inspiration Board for the week so please continue to ask your questions!! It can honestly be anything!

What advice do you have for someone who is looking to start a blog?

1. Just do it!! So many people have an idea in their head but they're always waiting for the perfect time to actually do it. There will never be a perfect time, instead you'll just keep putting it off. Even though it can be scary, be confident and just go for it! You have nothing to lose and if you don't start you'll always wish you had. I started my blog 6 years ago before blogging was cool. I just went for it even though I didn't have everything figured out. You learn as you go! So much trial and error.

2. Have a thick skin!! People will judge, criticize and gossip when you put your life out there on social media for others to see. Don't let it effect you. What others say about you says more about them than it does you! Every blogger gets criticism no matter what so don't let it defeat you once it starts coming your way. The positive ALWAYS outweighs the negative!

3. Be consistent and authentic. I try and post on my IG at least once a day and on my blog 4-5 times a week. I'm always creating new content for my readers to see. If you're consistent you'll consistently see growth. If you go two weeks without posting readers will forget about you and you shut yourself off to continuing to grow.

How do you do it all? How do you manage time, your business, your blog, being a mom to two kids, being a wife, making time to work out, build a new home? Do you have a lot of help?

I'm still trying to find a balance between work and personal life. Yesterday I had a shoot for my clothing line but I brought Isla with me because I didn't want to leave her. I try to include my babies as much as I can! I wake up before my kids wake up to workout and then I do emails right after the gym. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my work days and the rest of the week I try and be home all day with my babies. But each week is different and I'm still trying to figure it out.

I have an assistant who works from home and I have a nanny who comes to watch my babies while I'm doing a photoshoot or have a meeting. She also runs errands for me once a week so I can stay home and play with Isla and Jackson.

What eyelashes do you wear on a daily basis?

My favorite lashes that I swear by are the Sephora Plush Lashes! I use the dark eyelash glue, not the white. Make sure to trim the width of them to fit your eye and put a handheld mirror on your counter top and look down at it while putting your lashes on. It makes it so much easier!

Thanks for stopping by, have a great Wednesday!!
