^^I think I've told you this before but we ended up deciding on a metal door rather than a wood door. We thought it would hold up better in weather conditions since it's so large. Wood tends to warp and the Utah weather is super wet in the winter. It looks wood until you touch it!

^^Mudhall and the dog wash! Dash fits perfectly ;) The tile in the wash is all Ann Saks.

^^Pantry tile. I love the pattern and color! I'll ask my desinger, Alice Lane where we found this (it's been a while) and link it for you!

^^Our paint tester wall. We’ve been testing so many different Benjamin Moore shades. We are painting on the main floor next week so I will do a post once we’ve finished selecting everything with our paint color choices.
There will be a window seat nook where the side window is shorter than the others. I can't wait to sit there in the mornings when the sun is pouring in and read books to my babes.

^^Powder bath floor. Calcutta gold marble in the shape of diamonds!

^^Playroom windows. This will also double as my workout room for a few months since the basement won't be finished the same time as the upstairs.

We took these a few weeks ago and so much has changed, especially on the inside! Cabinets are going in everywhere which it makes it really feel real. Our fireplace mantles are starting to trickle in (check my IG post today to see that). Early next week I'm taking over my designer, Alice Lane's Insta Stories to do a walkthrough with you so make sure to follow them if you're not already so you don't miss it!! So many fun new details to show you!
Happy Friday!
