Women supporting women should always just be a given! Life is hard and can be so challenging in so many aspects, but we should never be worried about other women tearing us down! I wanted to start a series on my blog called Female Feature Friday as a way to highlight women I’m constantly inspired by!
Look for a new feature each month!! What I would love this series to do, is to help you, my incredible readers, learn and grow personally after hearing about other womens' experiences. I think we all can relate on so many levels. We are all in this together and we should always be supporting each other. I love hearing about another women's success, happiness, and the story of how she does it. We will be featuring a new woman each month from different walks of life and I really hope you enjoy this new series!
I’m thrilled to introduce you to our first feature, none other than the incredible Jamie O'Banion. She is the CEO/Founder of one of the most celebrated beauty brands in the industry, BeautyBio! She has revolutionized the beauty industry by sharing the truth about beauty products and always being transparent about the ingredients she uses! Growing up watching her father and later on working beside him, Jamie realized how the popular brands were only using a small fraction of the necessary dosage it took for an ingredient to be effective. She wanted to build a brand that used the proper amounts of the ingredients to truly help women (and men) achieve beautiful, glowing skin! Since BeautyBio launched in 2011 on HSN it has won many prestigious awards including Allure's Best in Beauty Award!
She has always been such an inspiration to me, and served as a mentor to me as well whether she realized it or not. I am so grateful for her example of passion and hard work.
