I don't know about you, or your kids, but when I was in elementary school, my favorite subject was LUNCH! The school year just started again for my kids, and I've been loving making cute, fun lunches for them!
I bought these
cute bento lunch boxes from Amazon! They come with little rubber cups, and a reusable fork and spoon. I like to make sure my kids have a sandwich (or mini sandwiches in this case), at least one fruit and one veggie, a little snack like pretzels or goldfish and then a small dessert like Teddy Grahams or Welch's Fruit Snacks!

These
mini cookie cutters are perfect for cutting fruits and veggies into fun little shapes! For Bear's lunch, I make him mini pinwheel sandwiches-- these are so simple, I just put turkey and cheese on a tortilla, roll it up, and cut it into slices!

Isla loves these little flower-shaped PB&J sandwiches! I used these
mini cookie cutters for the sandwiches, as well as the strawberries, kiwis, and cucumbers!
Yes, these lunches take a little more time to make than an average lunch, but the way I see it, kids are only kids once, and I want to make the most of their childhood and give them cute, fun lunches while they're still little!
